The new wing ‘Dona Marinha’ is recently built on the same
spot where the first few cottages were opened way back in 1981 by
the present owner and his grandmother Dona Marinha.
Its original aim was to retain the ambience of a private residence, and it
succeeds in doing so to this day. The Goan Portuguese style house has
been built with a proper regard for nostalgia and without losing any of their original charm.
